"Tappa obbligata quando si torna a Forlì. A parte la gentilezza delle ragazze, che ti donano la primavera nell'animo, sanno fare le piadine come vanno fatte. Quello spessore giusto, di tre millimetri, non come quelle riminesi che si rompono solo a guardarle, con quel profumo di piastra e strutto, sapientemente cotte a puntino. Che poi a me piace semplice, piadina e prosciutto crudo fresco, e loro sanno fartela avere così. Il chiosco merita perché è accogliente, riscaldato a stufa d'inverno, con tavolini e sediole, e pulizia. Il cane è ben accetto, ed è importante, poiché è un estimatore del posto. Buona fornitura di bevande fresche, superlativa la lista delle piadine e crescioni. Ah, ti preparano anche i tortelli alla lastra, da mangiarne come se non ci fosse un domani. Prezzi nella norma, la qualità si paga, se no vai a fare il barbone alla Coop. Parcheggio così così, se hai culo trovi."
